📍 Venue: Setagaya Health and Welfare Center, Health Promotion Division Branch (4-22-13 Wakabayashi Setagaya-ku)

👉🏼 Please read the following notes before getting tested:

The test is anonymous and free of charge, and the results will be explained one week after the test date.

The test includes HIV, syphilis, and genital chlamydia. (HIV and syphilis are detected by blood tests. While genital chlamydia is tested using a urine test.)

HIV test should be taken at least 60 days after possible exposure to infection.

Genital chlamydia test should be done at least 1 hour after the last urination.

The genital chlamydia test result may not be correct during menstruation.

The test includes a blood and a urine test. There are no restrictions on eating or drinking beforehand.

If you are late for the reception, you may not be able to take the test due to the convenience of the venue.

The entire testing process takes about one hour from reception to completion of the test.

The test results are provided verbally only to the person tested. Please be sure to bring the applicant’s copy that will be given to you on the day of the test.

No medical certificates or written test result slips will be provided.

Please do not take videos or photographs in the testing venue.

There are no parking lots available at the examination site.
